An early eighteenth century George I Period burr walnut veneered chest on stand or tall boy, the shaped cornice above an upper section of three short over three long drawers with boxwood stringing and crossbanding, mounted with brass handles and lock escutcheons and set between fluted canted corners, the lower section with three drawers of the same above a fret cut apron, all terminating in later cabriole legs.
