A fine late eighteenth century Louis XVI Period mahogany tric trac games table, having a sunken ebony veneered playing surface, with bone and green stained bone inlay for backgammon, the panelled sides with gilt brass stringing and drawers at either end, all supported on turned fluted legs with brass castors. The table retains its original top with gilt tooled leather writing surface and green baize for card games. Included is a set of period playing counters with stitched leather dice shakers.
