Early 19th Century Brass Bound Leather Trunk

An early nineteenth century camphor wood trunk, in black leather with brass mounts, carrying handles and nailed decoration throughout the front side with a swag motif.

These Chinese trunks were made in the late Georgian Period for the British Export Market.
