Rare Early 19th Century Regency Burr Yew Bergere Armchair

An unusual early nineteenth century Regency Period burr yew wood leather upholstered bergère armchair of generous proportions, the back flanked with carved acroteria, the scrolling arms with stylised acanthus upon a frame of anthemia and raised upon fluted legs, terminating in brass castors.
