24 3/4 inches (63 cm)A fine late eighteenth century Louis XVI Period mahogany tric trac table, having a sunken ebony veneered playing surface, with bone and green stained bone inlay for backgammon, the panelled sides with gilt brass beading and drawers at either end, all raised on turned fluted legs terminating in brass castors. The table retains its original top with gilt tooled leather writing surface and baize for card games. Together with a set of period playing counters.
