Late 18th Century Louis XVI Period Bureau Plat

A fine late eighteenth century Louis XVI Period bureau plat of small scale profusely inlaid throughout with parquetry of rosewood, amaranthe and tulipwood, the brass mounted top with black leather writing surface and side slides of the same, above two long and two deeper short drawers, one with fitted interior, all raised on square tapering legs with square brass sabots.
