A very fine pair of tole hall lanterns in the Georgian manner, the pagoda roofs with pierced smoke cowels above glass panelled doors and sides, all decorated with gilded highlights.
These painted lanterns have a unique charm about them. The muted colours of the pair reflect an atmospheric light, creating a cosy atmosphere. The gilded elements lend structure and contrast.
