Shipping Policy

Worldwide shipping and packing are available by specialist fine art freight forwarders. We will be in touch with you within 2 – 3 business days to provide details of arrangements for delivery. Please note we will need a full address and telephone number (not a PO Box) for shipping.

Some items require export documentation before they can be exported into and out of the United States. For example, an export license, or a CITES license for certain materials such as rosewood. The shippers apply for these licenses on your behalf. It might mean shipping is delayed slightly as once the applications are in the system it can take a few weeks before the certification is rubber stamped. We will keep you informed of the applications throughout the process.

For shipping abroad, we obtain competitive quotations from our preferred specialist shippers who take care of all the detail and arrange shipping to your door.

TAX

Purchases may be subject to sales, use, excise and other tax in some jurisdictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ascertain and pay all taxes due. Buyers claiming exemption from sales tax (VAT) must have the appropriate documentation on file with Timothy Langston prior to the release of the property.
