A single carved, painted finial lamp base, of vase form, the turned body with gadrooning and set upon a turned socle and terminating upon a square plinth.
The Château de Brézé dates from the 11th century and is one of the Loire valley’s undiscovered treasures and is privately owned by the Colbert Family to this day.
The Brézé lamp base would make a charming addition to any French inspired interior.
