A mid twentieth century painted textile, depicting a procession of elephants with howdahs carrying two maharanis, one in colourful headdress and garland, and a maharaja. Together with supporting courtiers, all within an imaginary landscape with floral border. Now housed in gilded faux bamboo frames.
